Shipping Policy
This page explains how we process and ship orders within the United States. Our goal is to make sure you clearly understand how your order is handled before purchase, including delivery timeframes and how to contact us if any issues arise.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States:

At this stage, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii due to limited warehouse coverage and higher logistics costs. We will reassess this as our operations expand.
Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, we forward your order to our warehouse for fulfillment.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)
- Weekend orders: processed starting the next business day
Warehouse & Delivery Time
Our products are stored in third-party fulfillment centers within the United States, primarily located in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Standard shipping time after dispatch: 5–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days
- Order processing: 1–2 days
- Shipping time: 5–8 days
Daily Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time (CST), Monday–Friday, will enter the same-day processing queue.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Example:
An order placed on Wednesday at 5:01 PM will be treated as a Thursday order and typically processed by Friday.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states
- No minimum order requirement
- No additional shipping fees at checkout
Taxes
Most orders are not subject to additional taxes.
Due to our current business structure and scale, most U.S. orders are not automatically charged sales tax at checkout.
If your order shows any tax charges or you have questions regarding taxes, please contact us. We will review and resolve the issue individually.
Possible Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur in the following situations:
• Peak holiday seasons
During high-volume periods such as Thanksgiving to New Year and major sales events (e.g., Prime Day), shipping may take 2–5 additional business days.
• Severe weather conditions
Extreme weather such as snowstorms or hurricanes may delay shipping or delivery.
• Carrier disruptions
Unexpected issues such as system outages or labor strikes may also impact delivery times.
If delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed and help track your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing an order, especially:
- Street name and number
- Apartment or unit number
- ZIP code
If you notice an error, contact us immediately:
- If the order has not yet been sent to the warehouse, we can update the address
- If the order has already shipped or been returned, reshipping costs may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Tracking link or instructions
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
If tracking information has not updated for more than 2 business days, please contact us for assistance.
