1. Can I install and try it first?
Yes — and we actually encourage it.
Car seat covers need to be installed to properly check fit and compatibility.
You can:
- Install it for testing
- Check fit and alignment
- Use it briefly for evaluation
As long as there is no heavy wear, stains, or damage, it is eligible for return.
2. What if the size doesn’t fit my car?
No worries — this is very common.
As long as you’re within the 30-day window, you can request a return.
We do not reject returns just because the model or size was not suitable.
3. Is the return process complicated?
Not at all.
We keep it simple:
- Contact us
- Get your RMA number
- Receive return instructions & address
- Ship it back
We’ll guide you through each step.
4. What condition should the item be in?
We only ask that the item is in a reasonable condition for inspection and processing:
- No major stains or damage
- No excessive pet hair or long-term wear
- Accessories included when possible
- Packaging does not need to be perfect (opened boxes are fine)
5. Who pays for return shipping?
- Our mistake (wrong or defective item) → We cover shipping
- Customer preference (doesn’t fit / don’t like it / no longer needed) → Customer pays return shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. How long does the refund take?
- After we receive the return: 1–2 business days to process refund
- Bank/payment provider: typically 3–5 business days to appear in your account
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Instead, we recommend:

This is faster and ensures you receive the correct product without delays.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, depending on order status:
- Before shipping: full cancellation available
- After shipping: cannot be canceled, but you can return it after delivery
9. Do I need to contact you before returning?

Please do not send items back without approval.
We will provide:
- RMA number
- Correct return warehouse address
- Return instructions

10. Can I ask before deciding to return?

Many issues can be solved with installation guidance or fit adjustments, so it may not even require a return.
11. Will I definitely get a refund?
Yes — as long as the return meets the basic conditions under our 30-day policy.
There are no hidden requirements or complicated rejection rules.
