Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when placing your order. If the product doesn’t work for you after delivery, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the details below before purchasing, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For car seat covers and similar products, we understand that you may need to briefly install the product on your seat to check fit and compatibility. Light trial installation is completely acceptable and will not affect your return eligibility.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item meets the following conditions:
- No visible damage, heavy stains, pet hair, or signs of excessive use
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are included in the return
- Original packaging is preferred (opened packaging is fine, but please keep it as complete as possible)
If you find the product doesn’t fit after installation, please stop using it and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items (marked Clearance or Final Sale)
- Gift cards
- Promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Free gifts or promotional giveaways
These restrictions are clearly stated on the product page when applicable.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return items without approval.

In your email, please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return (e.g., size issue, not as expected, poor fit after installation, etc.)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Once approved, we will provide:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The correct return warehouse address and instructions
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays or may not be processed correctly.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

If the customer is responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking information.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired product
This helps ensure faster delivery and avoids delays caused by inventory changes.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returns.
Return Address Notice
Please do not send returns to our business address, as it is not a return processing location.
The correct return address will be provided only after your return request is approved and will include:
- RMA number
- Warehouse return instructions
Please clearly write the RMA number on the package to ensure proper processing.
Packages sent without authorization or to the wrong address may be delayed or rejected.
Order Cancellation
Before shipment:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped.
After shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it after delivery following our return policy.
In this case:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless it is our error)
- The item must meet return eligibility conditions

If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, we will guide you through the return process.
