Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as non-returnable
  • Free gifts or giveaway items

2. How to Request a Return

  2. Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and dedicated return address.
  3. Ship the item securely using a trackable shipping method.
  4. After inspection, we will process your refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to:
  1. Product defect
  2. Incorrect item sent
  • We recommend using trackable shipping to avoid lost packages.

4. No Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • To get a different item, return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

6. Return Address & Important Notice

  • Do not send returns to the registered company address.

7. Order Cancellation

Before shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipping.
  • Full refund to the original payment method upon confirmation.

After shipment:

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
